The owner made our visit to Florence such great. Staff was amiable and helpful despite our late arrival. We asked for hypo-allergenic pillows, everything was fulfilled. Had a tub. Peaceful and fantastic location, near a fortress palace.

We stayed for 3 night and we loved our stay. Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff and host.

It was good base for traveling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. Other things like climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television were awesome. My experience in Florence was wonderful thanks to the owner.
